I want to give our kids freedom from being labeled. I want to grow my professional network and advance in my company. I want to educate and encourage youth and our divine treasure within adults to express their feelings using art. The following are explaining painting sculpture literature, minimalizing conflict by using pictures music, and encouraging our youth to express themselves through study history and science to present themselves through art. Art Therapy is a particular type of therapy that integrates mental health and human services by using “active art-making, creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience.” Research and speak with all parties involved and want them to input. I’m utilizing art to express my feelings and analysis to back up my belief that art can help you heal in life if you use it correctly. Art Therapy can help get through trauma one step at a time. Whatever you imagine in your mind can come true if you utilize your memory to remember a past event. Art Therapy for me is valuable. MY striving dream is to start a foundation for youth suffering from new or old trauma. My goal is to bring awareness to the world about PTSD. This organization will benefit our future, our kids, and adults who have not healed from that trauma that accrued during adolescence. PTSD mental health awareness. I would also like to reach individuals globally. I want to help our youth correctly manage emotions, mainly our youth — kids. Our youth are our future and cannot educate themselves without a positive and encouraging adult. Adult passes down history to shine a light on having an unstoppable dream. Kids need to be encouraged to stay determined to reach for the sky, touch the clouds, and grab a star. So easily distracted, I cannot remain focused on the task at hand due to elevated stress. When I’m having a bad day, I utilize art. I believe that art is like beauty. It’s in the eye of the beholder. In my eyes, art is a beautiful way to relieve stress, which I call art meditation — Painting, Sculpture Literature Architecture Cinema Music, Theater, or just sitting outside looking at nature. You can also look at old photo albums that a potential employer seeks from a person of interest.
